World War II Barracks

Originally constructed in 1941, this authentic World War II barracks once housed troops stationed at Fort Knox during one of the most pivotal eras in military history.

In 2011, the structure was carefully relocated to the grounds of the General George Patton Museum of Leadership, where it has been meticulously restored to its original condition. Today, visitors can step inside and experience what daily life was like for the soldiers who trained here over 80 years ago.
